Newsletter Subscription Policy

Creating an account automatically subscribes you to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time with a single click, and doing so will never limit or restrict your access to any resources, apps, or courses on our site.

AI Privacy Safeguards

Google Gemini AI Disclosure

Our features leverage Google's Gemini AI. Because we route all requests through a paid, billing-enabled developer API, Google does not retain your prompts or responses, nor does it use your data to train future models.

1. Account Creation & Communication

When you create an account on the Foundery platform, you are registered as a member and granted access to our suites of applications, courses, and educational assets.

Automatic Subscription: Upon registration, your name and email are added to our mailing list, Foundery News & Updates. This ensures you receive updates about platform upgrades, new courses, templates, and ministry tools.

Unsubscribe Freedom: You can opt out of these newsletters at any time. Every email we send includes a clear, one-click unsubscribe option.

No Penalty for Unsubscribing: If you choose to unsubscribe from Foundery News & Updates, you will retain full access to all your purchased resources, enrolled courses, and SaaS applications without any penalty or restriction.

2. Artificial Intelligence & Data Usage

We integrate Google's Gemini AI to offer interactive features, including automatic sermon transcription, summary generation, simulations, and study tools.

How Foundery Uses Your Inputs:

Any inputs you upload or type (including sermon media, transcripts, text queries, or course inputs) are processed dynamically by our backend systems to generate the requested analysis or output, and are stored securely within your profile's private dashboard.

Google Data Privacy & Training Assurances:

Our AI components access Google Gemini via a paid, billing-enabled developer API. According to Google’s enterprise API Terms of Service, any content you provide (prompts, responses, and uploaded media files):

  • Is not used by Google to train or fine-tune its public AI models.
  • Is not retained by Google beyond standard temporary compliance logging (such as short-term abuse prevention and regulatory requirements).
  • Remains completely confidential and proprietary to you.

3. Acceptable Use & Account Safety

You agree to use Foundery only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to:

  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or media designed to disrupt the platform.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass authentication measures.
  • Use the platform's AI tools to generate prohibited or malicious content.

4. Platform Modifications & Disclaimers

We are constantly updating and optimizing our platform to better serve leaders. We reserve the right to modify services, feature sets, or subscriptions at any time.

This site is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Agreement Modifications

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. When updates occur, we will adjust the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
