Forging Faith, Community & Tools
The name Foundery Development honors The Foundery in London—the historic site purchased and refurbished by brothers John and Charles Wesley in 1739. Originally a ruined royal cannon factory, John Wesley converted the space into the primary headquarters and first official chapel of the early Methodist movement.
Where cannons were once cast for battle, Wesley established a vibrant nerve center for spiritual renewal and practical social ministry. The Foundery housed one of London’s first free medical dispensaries, a school for local children, a micro-lending fund for the poor, and a place of deep spiritual teaching.

Rev. Jeremy W. Scott
Jeremy W. Scott is in the midst of a dynamic career that has spanned high-tech startups, Fortune 500s, public health, non-profit organizations, and church leadership.
He previously served on the Mountain Sky Cabinet as Superintendent of Congregational Vitality, where he supported several successful church plants over four years—exceeding the total number of churches started in the preceding two decades.
Recently, Jeremy completed a term as an elected member of a local school board, guiding his district through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Bringing varied gifts and leadership skills, he helped his community recover successfully and construct several state-of-the-art new schools.
Today, Jeremy serves as the Lead Pastor for a growing mid-sized church in northern Colorado. Through Foundery Development, his primary focus is building custom applications, AI tools, books, and courses designed to solve real-world challenges for ministers, leaders, and organizations.
As side projects, he also produces content for a YouTube channel and podcast sharing AV tech setups, live streaming tips, and digital workflows that folks find helpful.
